It is easy to complain about an establishment when you are not satisfied with the service, but when the service is great most people keep it to themselves. It is with great pleasure that I write to thank you and your staff for the wonderful work done on my car. After experiencing several frustrating trips to the dealer and attaining no satisfaction, it was quite rewarding to have the car fixed. Not only did you correct the problem, but you actually took a close look at the car for FREE. To think that this was done at no extra cost is unbelievable. In our fast paced, quick buck society this type of service is unheard of. I am certain that this is why you have such a strong clientele.
Having worked in a service industry for over ten years, good service is easily recognized. You guys pass the test with flying colors. My philosophy is that when I am treated right at an establishment it is important to refer your frinds, clients and acquaintances. This insures that the business stays in business and will be there to serve your future needs. Be assured that I will recommend your shop to anyone without hesitation. I truly mean it.

You guys are the best! I have been bringing my vehicles to your shop since the early 80’s and am one of your biggest fans. I have become spoiled by the attention you show to my vechile(s) and you won’t see me taking my cars to the dealership’s service centers after I’ve signed the papers because of that. You treat each customer lile kings or queens, and that is really special in today’s situation. I have passed the word about your shop for 15 years and so will continue to do so. Thank you for your professional service and attention to detail.

If your considering bringing your vehicle to JapTech, I submit to you that my experience with them has been nothing short of spectacular. I had some routine maintenance performed and they did a great job! I did not leave the shop feeling like I paid for services that were not warranted. In fact, I had a pesky electrical issue with my aftermarket headlights and Howard made certain the problem was fixed correctly, safely and without extra expense.
I’ve had “shady” experiences with auto mechanics and chain repair shops in the past,as I am certain most reading this have had some as well, BUT you can’t go wrong with JapTech!

“First a little of my background. I was Service Manager at a Honda dealer for about 5 years, that’s when my mom bought her new ’89 Accord LX. I’m also an ASE certified Master Technician. Here’s the story. I work at a Chevrolet dealer, although not in the Service Department. Mom’s car was starting hard & stalling when cold. None of the techs knew anything about Hondas, and I forgot what little I knew, so the Shop Foreman suggested I take it to his friend who is Service Manager at an Acura dealer. They diagnosed a leaking insulator under the carburetor, said it was very common. The price was around $300 for everything. Well it sat there for a month while they tried to find the part, it was no longer available from Honda due to the age of the car. I finally had to pick it up because a hurricane was coming. They were very nice, detailed mom’s car & didn’t charge me for anything. As I was leaving they asked me to let them know if I ever found the part. Mom’s car sat a while longer as I pondered my next step, thank goodness mom’s retired. One of the techs at work suggested Jap. Tech., said his sister in law has a similar problem. I called them & made an appointment. I took it in, told them of my previous experience with the dealer. Later that day they called to say it just needed a PCV valve, less than $100 parts & labor, including diagnosis, and they had the part! I authorized the repair, and asked them to re-check it in the morning. They called the next morning to say it was fine, come pick her up. Well it is fixed! They had an opportunity to sell me some expensive carburetor work, and throw in the $20 PCV valve, but they didn’t. They’re experienced enough with Hondas to know all it needed was a part that I should have replaced years ago in the course of normal maintenance. As you must have guessed by know I highly recommend Jap. Tech. Inc.”
